Customer Sales Associate

Work as a trusted advisor in Trane Supply stores, helping customers resolve parts and equipment issues and delivering accurate, timely parts and solutions. You’ll support inside sales by identifying related products and extensions, processing customer orders and inquiries, and managing quote and order fulfillment with high accuracy. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer-focused problem solving, and interactions both in person and by phone, with added weekend/overtime flexibility as needed.
