Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and administer desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks, including account monitoring, OS installation, and local system administration.
  • •Provide on-site and remote Tier 1/2/3 resolution support for trouble calls, including Windows workstations and Windows/Linux servers.
  • •Install and manage PC and server hardware, network connections, operating systems, and application software using tools such as PowerShell, PDQ, and MECM (SCCM).
  • •Troubleshoot and configure network components and perform software installations, upgrades, and patching in accordance with policies and service-level agreements.
  • •Ensure systems are secure by following STIG guidelines and mitigating findings based on ACAS scans; maintain SOPs and document ticket resolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Must have Security+ certification or DoW 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire.
  • •TS/SCI clearance required (and eligibility to obtain CI Poly).
  • •RHEL, Windows, and/or storage administration experience and the ability to maintain system administrator accounts/access within 90 days of hire.
  • •Must be able to work with trouble ticket reporting/tracking systems (e.g., Service+) and provide after-hours on-call support.
