Job Summary

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw material categories to support business operations. Own category expenditures and optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring supply continuity through market intelligence. Lead RFQs, negotiations, and contracting for strategic suppliers, partnering with Legal on contractual terms. Manage supplier relationships and performance against KPIs, SLAs, and sustainability standards, and drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute category strategies for raw materials aligned with business objectives and manufacturing requirements.
•Conduct market analysis to identify pricing trends, supply-demand dynamics, supplier opportunities, and risks.
•Lead sourcing initiatives including RFQs, negotiations, and contracting for strategic suppliers.
•Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and sustainability standards.
•Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement through value creation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration to ensure supply continuity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred or recognized equivalent).
•8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
•Experience sourcing raw materials such as chemicals, polymers, and feedstocks.
•Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
•Ability to develop category strategies aligned to business objectives and manufacturing requirements.
