Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and data scientists while staying hands-on with architecture and development.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • •Review solution designs, architecture, and code to ensure quality, maintainability, and security; establish engineering standards and best practices.
  • •Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, identify technical risks, and support production deployments and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years leading technical teams or serving as a technical lead on software projects.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js, plus experience building enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
  • •Experience with software architecture and distributed system design, including RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
