Job Summary

Provide technical leadership for the design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions across industries such as banking and healthcare. Lead and mentor software engineers and data scientists, staying hands-on with architecture, solution design, and development. Partner with solution architects, product owners, and customers to build scalable, secure, and maintainable systems—while driving engineering standards, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement through the full software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and data scientists while staying hands-on with architecture and development.
•Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
•Review solution designs, architecture, and code to ensure quality, maintainability, and security; establish engineering standards and best practices.
•Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, identify technical risks, and support production deployments and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
•Minimum 2 years leading technical teams or serving as a technical lead on software projects.
•Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js, plus experience building enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
•Experience with software architecture and distributed system design, including RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
