Key Responsibilities

  • •Focus on friction points around backend issues for Engineering (80 engineers) and steer the direction of inter-service testing and standardisation.
  • •Own projects spanning quarters, breaking problems down into deliverable steps and validating iteratively.
  • •Evaluate work using established data pipelines to measure impact on commercial objectives and pivot as needed.
  • •Consider long-term Engineering direction to build capabilities for 12-18 months ahead.
  • •Work end-to-end from the React client to the Python backend and lead cross-team projects.

Key Requirements

  • •At least ten (10) years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 2 at Senior Staff/Principal level (L7+).

  • •Ability to work across the stack with deep backend/server-side knowledge.
