Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global supply chain digitalization to establish a central demand and supply planning control tower integrated with planning platforms, IoT, and AI solutions.
  • •Develop global footprint and supply chain models integrated with cross-functional strategies (e.g., DFM, Manufacturing 4.0) to improve customer experience and profitability.
  • •Provide thought leadership on emerging supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • •Conduct regular global footprint and supply chain assessments to balance resources and improve efficiency.
  • •Lead and direct supply chain staff to build a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in a strategic & tactical supply chain organization at regional or global level.
  • •Experience developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive value for the organization.
  • •Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, systems, and best practices, including ERP, TMS, and WMS.
  • •Ability to conduct demand statistical analysis using forecasting software/tools to generate predictions and visualizations.
  • •Experience leading and managing people, with risk management capabilities and cross-functional leadership skills.
