Manage the Portland, OR warehouse for a growing HVAC and electrical contracting company. Oversee warehouse set-up, receiving, kitting for the field service team, inventory accuracy (including cycle counts), and supplier pickups/returns. Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Portland, OR warehouse, including set-up, receiving, and kitting for the field service team.
•Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and ensure materials are properly stored and labeled.
•Perform inventory cycle counts and keep inventory records accurate and up to date in NetSuite/ERP.
•Receive shipments, verify against purchase orders, inspect items for damage/discrepancies, and manage RMAs.
•Execute supplier pickups/returns and coordinate vendor returns and credits, including handling garbage/recycling drop-offs and material runs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Must be able to operate a forklift.
•5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in HVAC/electrical or similar industrial sectors.
•Proven track record of all aspects of warehouse management.
•Strong analytical skills and ERP experience, with NetSuite experience preferred.
