Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and analyze digital and analog circuits for memory product development.
  • •Assist in overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits, including parasitic modeling and design validation.
  • •Oversee and manage the layout process (floor-planning, placement, and routing).
  • •Perform verification using modeling and simulation with industry standard simulators.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure accurate manufacturability and support standardization and group success.

Key Requirements

  • •Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •Experience with SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL.
