Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project setup by coordinating project structure, work breakdown structure, budget setup, cost coding, governance requirements, and financial/operational workflows.
  • •Coordinate with project financial teams for Horizon updates, financial data validation, budget controls, forecasting support, and follow-up on action items.
  • •Prepare budget status updates, variance explanations, forecast summaries, and escalation items for Project Managers and leadership review.
  • •Coordinate project documentation and closeout, including archiving materials, compiling lessons learned, client feedback, sub-consultant evaluations, and project experience profiles.
  • •Support monthly project reviews by gathering and validating performance data, preparing review materials, tracking action items, and following up with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in project management, Project Controls, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in project controls, project finance, cost management, forecasting, scheduling, or project management support.
  • •Working knowledge of project controls principles including cost control, budget tracking, forecasting, scheduling, change management, risk management, and performance reporting.
  • •Experience coordinating with Project Managers and finance/accounting or project financial operations teams for project setup, reviews, invoicing, forecasting, and reporting.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with high attention to detail validating financial data and resolving discrepancies.
