Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently and accurately perform teller functions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, and processing transfers between accounts.
  • •Operate online teller terminal and related systems while maintaining privacy of customer information and complying with compliance requirements.
  • •Sell and process services such as traveler's checks, official checks, money orders, and credit card cash advances.
  • •Verify, balance, and reconcile cash daily; detect and resolve discrepancies promptly and maintain required balancing records.
  • •Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, assist with training/orientation as needed, complete required reports, and attend meetings and training on weekdays/evenings/Saturdays as scheduled.
