Job Summary

Support Commercial Real Estate Banking by assisting senior colleagues with client experiences and comprehensive financial solutions across industries. Build and analyze cash flow models, credit underwriting materials, pricing models, and scorecards, and help review loan documents and negotiations with Relationship Managers. Coordinate calls and deal execution, generate prospect opportunities, log activity in Salesforce and Alloscape, and mentor first-year analysts, interns, and STARs.

•Develop a deep understanding of the Relationship Manager’s (RM) portfolio and clients.
•Improve skills in deal structuring, term sheets, and complex underwriting.
•Complete cash flow models, BSC forms, pricing models, scorecards, and credit approvals.
•Work with the Relationship Manager to review loan documents, borrower comments, and negotiations.
•Attend client and prospect calls, support meeting preparation, coordinate deal timelines, and research prospect opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) or other relevant degree.

•Strong credit underwriting knowledge, including cash flow models, financial spreads, and credit packages.
•Strong utilization of Salesforce and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce reports and presentations.
•Exceptional writing, interpersonal, communication, and analytical (critical thinking/problem solving) skills.
