Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead deployment and set up of AIx and WRA servers at customer sites and internal labs.
  • •Provide onsite and remote technical support of AIx and WRA server hardware/software during initial installation and regular maintenance.
  • •Provide technical support for remote connectivity installations and troubleshooting for semiconductor manufacturing tools, AIx, and WRA.
  • •Interface with internal and external customers on AIx/WRA server hardware/software and networking issues.
