Job Summary

Operate equipment to process grain and load railcars and barges at the Savage, MN site. Carry out general labor duties under supervision, prepare trucks and railcars, and load/unload agricultural inputs using machinery such as loaders and forklifts. Key Responsibilities

•Operate equipment to process grain and load railcars and barges.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and attaching/detaching hoses.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment.
•Control and monitor load-out functions and operate automated scale/dump systems.
•Perform maintenance and recordkeeping, maintain quality of inventory, and keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•High school diploma or GED (preferred).
•CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement; forklift certification (preferred).
