  • •Follow GMP and ensure quality is treated as personal responsibility, including documented procedures and good documentation practice.
  • •Ensure safety, health, and environment requirements are met (including ISO14001 and ISO45001 as applicable), reporting unsafe conditions and near misses.
  • •Manage product development timelines by highlighting risks and issues to the line manager, and coordinate internal/external technical milestones.
  • •Coordinate factory line trials and R&D qualification testing/validation prior to launch, ensuring technical reports and approved documentation.
  • •May provide line management to one or more assistants or associates and translate consumer and regional behavior into product design and development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical sciences, Cosmetic formulation).
  • •3+ years of product development experience within FMCG or a chemical environment; medical device experience is an advantage.
  • •Strong knowledge of quality and compliance (GMP) with documented procedures and good documentation practice.
  • •Compliance with ISO13485 and other relevant regulatory requirements tied to the role.
  • •Excellent communication (especially English) and presentation skills.
