Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP, including Docker/Kubernetes container orchestration.
  • •Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Cloud Run) to deliver code safely and quickly.
  • •Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, New Relic) and define SLOs/SLIs with error budgets.
  • •Lead end-to-end incident response as incident commander, including triage, mitigation, resolution, and post-incident improvements.
  • •Automate infrastructure provisioning to reduce toil using scripting (Python/Bash) and IaC (Terraform/Ansible), and administer MongoDB.

Key Requirements

  • •Mid-level DevOps/SRE experience with real production ownership and ongoing reliability responsibility.
  • •Hands-on experience with GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, GKE) plus Docker and Kubernetes.
  • •Ability to administer and optimize MongoDB, including backup and disaster recovery.
  • •Experience defining and working with SLOs/SLIs and error budgets for critical services.
  • •Working knowledge of IaC (Terraform/Ansible) and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
