Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure overall integration and coordination of piping engineering within the IPMT Piping Engineering team
  • •Ensure quality and accuracy of piping design activities from engineering consultants and EPC contractors and verify compliance with ADNOC specifications, codes, and standards
  • •Coordinate engineering participation for analysis of design options and contribute expertise for design optimization and validation
  • •Participate in equipment sizing and equipment selection considering optimization and standardization; support layout, model, and design reviews and technical workshops
  • •Provide technical assistance through installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning; coordinate piping design reviews with EPC contractors and resolve technical issues

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry

  • •Experience using engineering computer programs and general business software
  • •Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to make independent decisions for complex problem solving
