Seeking a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to manage scoping, pricing, cost control and value for money across Defence Infrastructure projects. You will work with operational/site teams, DIO and trusted supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, while driving continuous improvement and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead scoping, pricing and commercial control across a variety of high-profile facilities and projects, ensuring value for money for clients.
•Maintain rock-solid commercial control, including cost reporting, risk management and change control, throughout the full lifecycle of projects.
•Collaborate closely with operations and site teams, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and supply chain partners to deliver on time and on budget.
•Support dispute resolution and mentor colleagues across the business to raise the commercial capability.
•Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive continuous improvement and quality.
