Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all transactions are captured and accounted for correctly on internal client books and records within internal market and SLA deadlines.
  • •Track and execute lifecycle events from initial setup to closeout, including coupons, corporate actions, dividend payments, and resets.
  • •Liaise directly with clients and other market participants to confirm and settle transactions.
  • •Perform and review reconciliations between internal and external data sources, resolving exceptions in a timely manner.
  • •Act as SME for the team, providing technical guidance, functional support/coverage, and direction on workflow prioritization and transaction approvals when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5+ years of professional experience in the relevant field.
  • •Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (finance, economics, mathematics, etc.).
  • •Knowledge of derivatives markets is beneficial and a keen awareness of the financial services industry.
  • •Basic understanding of custody and fund administration functions.
  • •Business/financial services qualification or studying for same is an advantage; must communicate clearly and work to strict deadlines.
