Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives for a global banking client, coordinating multiple AI workstreams from strategy through deployment and business adoption. Own program scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes while aligning business objectives, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. Drive Agile delivery across teams, manage risk and issue logs, and facilitate sprint/program increment activities and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead successful delivery of enterprise AI initiatives from planning through implementation and business adoption.
•Establish program objectives, success metrics, delivery strategy, and a governance framework for multiple AI workstreams.
•Own overall program scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes, ensuring milestones and quality.
•Drive Agile delivery practices across multiple product teams, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and program increment activities.
•Lead risk and issue management, maintaining risk/issue logs, developing mitigations and escalations, and coordinating timely resolution across stakeholders.
