Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve stability, scalability, and operability with an SRE-style approach and engineering guardrails.
  • •Own the full delivery lifecycle from impact assessment through testing, deployment, and production support.
  • •Strengthen DevSecOps by improving release cadence, incident reduction, and operational efficiency, while ensuring compliance with IT risk and controls.
  • •Lead or guide developers as needed and drive consistent engineering standards across the team.
  • •Operate effectively in a global, distributed environment and tune performance using diagnostics (indexes, query plans, connection pooling, latency analysis).

Key Requirements

  • •Implement end-to-end solutions including impact assessment, performance tuning, testing, and deployment.
  • •Use Java (Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud) and RESTful API design/implementation.
  • •Automate diagnostics and operations using Linux/UNIX and shell scripting.
  • •Build and operate CI/CD and containerized ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible) with reliable deploy/rollback patterns.
  • •Define and apply observability and reliability practices (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo; SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, alerts, tracing) for incident resolution.
