Job Summary

Maintain engineering stores and inventory to keep a food flavourings manufacturing site running smoothly. You’ll use a CMMS system to manage engineering stock, monitor inventory usage and departmental requirements, and ensure levels stay efficient. Working independently with a small engineering team, you’ll prioritize daily workload, remain composed under pressure, and coordinate with other departments, suppliers, and contractors while continuously improving your skills.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn and use the CMMS system to manage engineering inventory.
•Monitor departmental requirements and inventory usage to maintain efficient stock levels.
•Stay calm and professional when working under pressure.
•Liaise with other departments, suppliers, and contractors to maintain positive working relationships.
•Work independently by managing and prioritising daily workload to meet departmental objectives.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering stores, inventory, or facilities environment.
•Confidence using computer systems and quickly learning a CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System; Maintain X).

•A proactive, reliable approach with the ability to work independently and continuously improve.
