Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide timely supply chain data, analysis, and interpretations to support data-driven decisions across key stakeholders.
  • •Perform order book and demand analysis and analyze operational KPIs such as production performance and trends.
  • •Analyze quality performance, transportation and logistics parameters, and material flows and inventory (WIP, raw materials, scrap).
  • •Maintain and enhance supply chain data collection, display, and analysis tools; develop new tools to enable real-time decision-making.
  • •Support continuous improvement projects, document workflows and backups, and act as backup to production planning (Material Masters and SAP Production Orders).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering (other engineering disciplines considered).
  • •At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations data analytics, production planning, production scheduling, operations supervision, or process improvement in an industrial setting.
  • •Ability to simulate and resolve complex supply chain problems using advanced data analytics and modeling in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • •Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • •Structured, methodical approach to data analysis and problem solving.
