Job Summary

Lead and coordinate reliability initiatives for natural gas liquids (NGL) assets, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations across processing, storage, and pipeline systems. Supervise reliability engineers, drive predictive and preventive maintenance using data analytics to identify failure trends, optimize asset performance, and extend equipment life. Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to create reliability improvement plans, manage root-cause failure analyses, and implement continuous improvement aligned with standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate reliability initiatives across NGL processing, storage, and pipeline systems to maintain availability and minimize downtime.
•Supervise reliability engineers and drive predictive and preventive maintenance strategies based on failure trend analytics.
•Develop reliability improvement plans with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams, including managing root-cause failure analyses.
•Oversee engineering and project activities such as facility/pipeline design, construction/operation/maintenance projects, and capacity/cost recommendations.
•Administer technical and professional training programs and develop/revise policies and procedures based on material failure/structural analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 204,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent combination of formal education and job-related experience preferred.
•Experience in applications such as Microsoft Excel, Project, and Access/Word for engineering and reporting needs.
•SME-level experience with material failure and structural analysis, with extensive knowledge of industry standards and governmental regulations.
•Experience researching, composing, and preparing contracts, engineering studies, policies, procedures, reports, and technical correspondence.
•Experience with project management across scoping, estimating, scheduling, contracting/procurement, construction, commissioning/startup, budgeting, financial analyses, and regulatory compliance.
