Key Responsibilities

  • •Support capital and O&M programs by identifying and updating existing and proposed service equipment records in SAP WMS.
  • •React to new service requests from Marketing by creating and/or updating master data via B1 in SAP, and review/update task 7 daily.
  • •Create URL links in SAP for viewing updated service cards from the network drive.
  • •Review and update functional locations and service equipment records; update service as-builts and label new equipment record for the GIS Technician.
  • •Track service equipment status and updates in spreadsheets, TECO service work orders in SAP, and file construction and return paperwork in the records room.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30.09 - 45.49 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in a technical field with 3 years of data entry experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of data entry experience.
  • •Experience in the gas utility industry is preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • •Three years of SAP experience is required (SAP Work Management given preference).
  • •Proficiency with blueprints, as-builts, and mapping; formal AutoCAD training is preferred.
