Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review quarterly/annual SEC filings (10Q/10K), including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A, for SEC and US GAAP compliance.
  • •Prepare and record journal entries in the general ledger in accordance with US GAAP.
  • •Perform monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis for balance sheet and P&L accounts, and research/summarize variance drivers.
  • •Complete balance sheet reconciliations and correcting journal entries to resolve reconciling items.
  • •Support auditor and SOX compliance requests, including providing evidence of internal controls and participating in SOX walkthroughs.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 7 years of accounting experience in the Record-to-Report process.
  • •Knowledge of GAAP and internal control elements, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •Experience with accounting/financial systems, preferably Oracle.
