Key Responsibilities

  • •Check in arriving guests and check out departing guests according to Kempinski and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
  • •Register guests, assign rooms, accommodate special requests, and assist with registration cards when needed.
  • •Process check-out procedures, inquire about last-minute charges, receive payment, and provide invoices.
  • •Handle front office cashiers’ transactions including posting charges and exchanging foreign currency; balance cash float at shift end.
  • •Respond to guest requests and coordinate room status updates with housekeeping for late check-outs, early check-ins, and special requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Check-in and check-out hotel guests according to Kempinski and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
  • •Ensure LQA results are above 85%.
  • •Register guests, assign rooms, accommodate special requests, and support completion of registration cards when needed.
  • •Verify guest payment methods and follow credit-checking procedures or refer cash handling to cashiers.
  • •Answer guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, by telephone or in person.
