  • •Organize and execute product tests at customer locations and relay learnings to the national team.
  • •Evaluate customer needs for upgrades or up-sells and provide product guidance and support at customer sites.
  • •Serve as technical expert in presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and feasibility studies.
  • •Install and integrate welding systems and software, program/troubleshoot robotic control units, and deliver training events and documents.
