Support the sales process for Fronius welding equipment by designing system installation parameters, performing pre-serial product tests at customer sites, and advising on upgrades and usability. Provide training and ongoing email/telephone support, gather market feedback, and travel frequently within the USA and Europe.

•Support sales representatives and/or the sales process by designing system installation parameters for routine configuration and installation.
•Organize and execute product tests at customer locations and relay learnings to the national team.
•Evaluate customer needs for upgrades or up-sells and provide product guidance and support at customer sites.
•Serve as technical expert in presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and feasibility studies.
•Install and integrate welding systems and software, program/troubleshoot robotic control units, and deliver training events and documents.
