Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a member of the BLO Site Leadership Team, providing financial guidance and business insights for operational and strategic decisions.
  • •Lead annual budget, performance planning, and long-range planning processes for the site.
  • •Coordinate monthly forecast updates and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • •Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews for site and business leadership.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, SOX standards, and company financial policies while partnering across finance and operational teams to support accurate reporting and control execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in financial, cost, operational, or manufacturing accounting roles.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing operations or industrial environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost accounting, and internal controls.
  • •Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, preferably SAP and Business Warehouse.
