Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Oracle CPQ within the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process, including process design, backlog management, and end-to-end integration across CRM, CPQ, product configuration, and ERP.
  • •Define, enforce, and continuously improve CPQ process and platform standards across CSOs and BUs, ensuring alignment between business processes, system design, and integrations.
  • •Prioritize and manage the CPQ backlog aligned with business value; review requests and translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • •Ensure correct CPQ configuration, pricing logic, and workflows; maintain data quality and pricing accuracy and consistency of outputs.
  • •Oversee complex cross-system issue resolution affecting QTC processes and ensure proper testing (UAT) and release readiness for CPQ changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with CPQ, preferably Oracle CPQ.
  • •Understanding of ERP and CRM integration and Quote to Cash processes, including pricing/configuration logic.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • •Analytical thinking and problem-solving to structure complexity and define process standards.
  • •Stakeholder management across business and IT, including in international Agile/DevOps environments; fluent English.
