Manufacturing Development Engineer

Design and develop manufacturing solutions for parts, components, and final assemblies, defining methods, operation sequences, and processes. Build cost estimates, capacity models, time standards, and layouts for new product introductions, and act as a subject-matter expert in process and tooling. Coordinate with internal and contract manufacturing partners to ensure compliance and resolve manufacturing issues, while preparing analysis reports and mentoring less-experienced staff.
