Job Summary

Drive technology-focused people strategy by partnering with senior technology leaders and People Business Partners. Serve as an internal human capital consultant, leading workforce planning, organizational assessments, and leadership/talent effectiveness initiatives. Own strategic planning (OKRs, multi-year priorities, execution roadmaps) and deliver data-driven people insights using analytics, dashboards, forecasting, and GenAI-enabled tools. Report metrics to executives and support cross-functional special projects and operating model improvements.

•Serve as an internal human capital consultant, conducting organizational assessments and advising on workforce design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
•Lead strategic planning for the Technology People Team, including OKRs, multi-year priorities, and execution roadmaps.
•Build advanced data-driven people insights using analytics, dashboards, forecasting, and GenAI-powered tools.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects to improve HR processes and workforce planning outcomes, including reporting progress to executive audiences.

•Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
•Experience leading organizational assessments and advising on workforce design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
•Ability to convert complex data into clear recommendations and action plans for executive audiences.
