Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion the costing vision and own the roadmap, ensuring alignment with product creation goals.
  • •Lead the new Costing Platform end to end by defining use cases, documenting requirements, and partnering with engineering/program management/business to deliver impact.
  • •Manage the full product development process using prototypes and MVPs to test assumptions and refine direction based on real engagement data.
  • •Run RFI/RFP activities for vendor selection, including demos and scoring vendor capabilities, and collaborate with third-party vendors on roadmap priorities.
  • •Establish KPIs and an analytics strategy, measure success regularly, manage the product backlog, and support releases and rollout/adoption with business operations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in product management, with preference for 3rd party vendor platform implementations.
  • •Experience owning a product end to end, from discovery through adoption, with clear documentation of user journeys, epics, and requirements.
  • •Strong data and analytical skills to synthesize insights and lead with clear recommendations.
  • •Comfort operating in product discovery and leading teams to achieve ambitious KPIs.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product management or a quantitative field such as math, statistics, engineering, computer science, or related.
