Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop AI agents on AWS Bedrock for document generation, data validation, and case intake use cases.
  • •Implement agent workflows using AWS Fargate and established service patterns (e.g., email-triggered and chatbot-triggered workflows).
  • •Integrate AI services with Microsoft Graph API for Microsoft Teams messaging, file handling, and agent output delivery.
  • •Create and maintain prompts, agent configurations, and guardrails to support reliable and compliant AI behavior; perform unit and integration testing.
  • •Build and optimize document-processing services and extraction pipelines (OCR/IDP), including testing and continuous improvement for accuracy and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of software development experience, including 1–2 years building Generative AI/LLM-based applications.
  • •Hands-on Python development with REST API experience.
  • •Working knowledge of AWS services (preferably AWS Bedrock), including Lambda, ECS/Fargate, and messaging services like SQS/SNS.
  • •Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent frameworks/LLM orchestration tools.
  • •2+ years of document processing experience using OCR/IDP solutions such as AWS Textract or Azure Document Intelligence.
