Lead Design & Proposal Engineer

Lead the design, engineering, estimation, and techno-commercial proposal preparation for ELV and integrated smart building solutions. Review RFQs and tender documents, develop system architecture (network topology, risers, schematics), perform sizing and value engineering, and ensure compliance with standards and client requirements. Deliver pre-sales support by coordinating with sales, consultants, OEMs, and clients, conducting bid risk assessments, and mentoring proposal team members while setting proposal best practices.
