Key Responsibilities

  • •Review RFQs, tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs for ELV projects.
  • •Design integrated ELV and smart building solutions, including system architecture, network topology, riser diagrams, and technical schematics.
  • •Prepare equipment sizing, value engineering recommendations, and accurate BOQs and cost estimates.
  • •Develop compliance matrices and tender documentation, conduct bid risk assessments, and support bid clarification meetings and presentations.
  • •Coordinate with OEMs and lead proposal engineering deliverables, including mentoring team members and establishing proposal standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Mechatronics engineering or related discipline.
  • •8–10 years of experience in ELV systems design, engineering, and proposal management.
  • •Proven ability delivering proposals for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, airport, data center, or smart city projects.
  • •Strong understanding of integrated security systems and smart building technologies.
  • •Expertise in technical proposal writing, tender documentation, compliance, and cost estimation/value engineering.
