Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
•Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
•Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
•Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
•Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early; own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Key Requirements

•Experience driving strategic execution across teams as a strong operator.
•Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
•Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
•Comfort working in ambiguity with limited guidance and translating high-level strategy into detailed execution.
•Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills, with advantage from startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion.
