Job Summary

Own end-to-end GTM implementations, supporting clients through deliveries, updates, and change requests. Use techno-functional expertise to configure GTM modules (including Trade Compliance Management) and understand country-specific trade processes, customs/FTZ/duty drawback, and related declarations and filings. Create functional specifications, support testing (including UAT), manage quarterly upgrades, and coordinate integrations with enterprise systems via integration layers such as OIC/Boomi/MuleSoft/SOA.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end GTM implementations (at least 3 projects) and own project account execution.
•Interact daily with clients and stakeholders for project deliveries, updates, and change requests.
•Configure GTM modules and support business process automation, configuration, and administration.
•Create agent setups, queries, custom actions, screen sets, manager layouts, workbenches, user roles, and business monitoring artifacts.
•Gather customer requirements, produce functional specifications and test data, conduct internal testing and UAT, and support go-live with documentation.

Key Requirements

•Have experience of end-to-end GTM implementations across at least 3 projects.
•Manage GTM project accounts with techno-functional expertise, including functional understanding of countries-specific trade processes.
•Configure GTM modules with basic understanding of OTM.
•Understand customs processes, including FTZ and duty drawback processes.
•Be well versed in GTM modules, including Trade Compliance Management, and related concepts like declaration and customs filing.
