•Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster a collaborative culture and build a talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
•Support omni-channel and digital engagement, including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition, and social media trends.
•Oversee operational excellence including compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll/HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising, store safety, and vendor relationships.
