Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct customer research (qualitative and/or quantitative) to validate content design.
  • •Own the POV of features, products, and branding.
  • •Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to frame work and communicate with users through storytelling.
  • •Deliver UX writing across products and platforms, including UI text, labels, and instructional copy.
  • •Ensure tone of voice consistency and compliance by partnering with legal and regulatory teams on content standards.
