2nd Shift 2nd Processing Production Supervisor

Oversee second-shift production in a poultry/food processing environment, ensuring procedures are followed to deliver high productivity in a cost-efficient way while meeting customer specifications. Lead and train employees to achieve quality and performance goals, manage manpower/materials/product/machines, and coach performance. Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, yield control, and equipment maintenance, while promoting safety and meeting all area reporting requirements.
