Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Alys Beach

Drive store profitability and efficiency by executing key operational functions in a retail setting. Manage inventory processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, investigate root causes for discrepancies, and support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates. Partner with the Operations & Visual Management team and General/Store Manager while maintaining visual standards, stockroom processes, and a safe, guest-focused shopping environment.
