Key Responsibilities

  • •Support equity and debt fundraising by preparing investor presentations, teasers, information memorandums, and managing data rooms.
  • •Lead end-to-end M&A execution, including target identification, outreach, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-close integration planning.
  • •Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis) and integrated three-statement scenarios/sensitivities.
  • •Perform commercial and financial due diligence, including revenue quality, unit economics, cohort analysis, and healthcare-specific KPI assessment.
  • •Assist strategic planning and portfolio management by preparing board reports, dashboards, market mapping, competitive landscaping, and tracking integration milestones and synergies.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development/M&A advisory.
  • •Proven ability to execute end-to-end transactions across one or more deal cycles (buy-side and/or sell-side).
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills (LBO, DCF, merger models, and integrated financial statements).
  • •Strong understanding of deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and due diligence workstreams.
  • •CFA charterholder or candidate (Level II cleared or above) is strongly preferred; degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/related field; MBA/PGP a plus.
