Drive end-to-end procurement for TikTok Shop Fulfillment Centers and Hubs supporting Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT). Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end procurement requests for Fulfillment Centers and Hubs, including equipment, operational tools, and warehouse rental.
•Partner with Procurement teams on vendor selection, quotation, bidding, and purchasing processes.
•Define and standardize warehouse equipment specifications and technical requirements based on operational needs.
•Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver procurement projects on schedule.
•Evaluate equipment performance and optimize equipment standards across the warehouse network while analyzing procurement and operational data for cost improvements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Procurement, or Logistics.
•Hands-on warehouse operations experience and familiarity with fulfillment-center equipment and infrastructure.
•Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
