Process customer and bank transactions accurately within established limits while supporting branch operations and Teller teams. Model excellent customer service, use knowledge of banking policies and procedures to handle issues, and help maintain branch security and cash/ATM limits. Support audit and certification outcomes, respond to requests from operations and business units, and identify customer needs to refer financial products and services.
