Mortgage Sales Supervisor

Supervise the day-to-day loan origination activities of a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators in an assigned out-of-footprint territory. Ensure required documents are obtained for processing, underwriting, and closing, and drive annual mortgage loan volume origination goals. Build referral relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and other external sources, while partnering across business lines to grow customer relationships and additional product sales.
