Key Responsibilities

  • •Model the Sephora experience and deliver a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
  • •Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs while raising team performance and capability through coaching and support.
  • •Use and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • •Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the Management team.
  • •Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters and make store decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous retail management experience including profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • •Availability to work a 38-hour rotating roster (5 full days) including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • •Hands-on leadership on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed.
  • •Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, with a results-driven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
