Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multiple and/or large programs to deliver implementation and activities against defined objectives.
  • •Oversee planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery across programs.
  • •Track progress against milestones and budget/performance indicators, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • •Manage the work activities of external consultants and/or vendors.
  • •Lead and direct employees and provide authority for personnel decisions; administer departmental policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years managing large-scale IT or telecommunications programs, including programs dispersed across multiple geographically separated locations across CONUS.
  • •US Citizen able to obtain a Public Trust.
  • •Strong understanding of WAN technologies and commercial Internet solutions.
  • •Proven success in vendor management, contract oversight, and performance monitoring.
  • •Bachelor’s degree, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
