•Manage multiple and/or large programs to deliver implementation and activities against defined objectives.

•Track progress against milestones and budget/performance indicators, and prepare reports for senior management.
•Manage the work activities of external consultants and/or vendors.
•Lead and direct employees and provide authority for personnel decisions; administer departmental policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years managing large-scale IT or telecommunications programs, including programs dispersed across multiple geographically separated locations across CONUS.
•US Citizen able to obtain a Public Trust.
•Strong understanding of WAN technologies and commercial Internet solutions.
•Proven success in vendor management, contract oversight, and performance monitoring.
•Bachelor’s degree, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
