Insomniac - Manager, Back of House Operations

Lead back-of-house (BOH) operations for Insomniac events, managing planning and execution across multiple departments. Partner with festival leadership to adjust plans, oversee load-in/truck stop operations, catering and travel accommodations, and maintain efficient staff operations and runner coordination. Own forecasting and budget responsibilities for credentials, catering, radios, travel/hotels, and check-in workflows, while recruiting, hiring, training, and developing operational support teams.
