Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead consolidated portfolio-level financial reporting and governance across multiple programs, projects, and workstreams.
  • •Develop and maintain portfolio financial views for revenue, cost, margin, profitability, budget/forecast/actuals, and variances, and drive periodic financial reviews.
  • •Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting activities and perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, business cases, and commitments.
  • •Establish and manage value realization frameworks for tracking benefits, savings, productivity improvements, ROI, and value leakage against agreed business cases and contractual commitments.
  • •Serve as a senior point of contact by preparing and presenting executive-level financial and value performance reports to stakeholders and translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in finance, financial management, commercial finance, portfolio finance, or value realization roles.
  • •8+ years of mandatory Healthcare domain experience supporting large healthcare organizations, healthcare technology programs, payers, providers, life sciences, or healthcare transformation initiatives.
  • •5+ years managing financial reporting and governance across large, complex, multi-program or cross-portfolio environments.
  • •8+ years in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, revenue/cost management, profitability, and margin analysis.
  • •Demonstrated experience in value realization and benefits tracking, including business case management and financial benefits reporting.
