Fraud Manager - Business Analyst-Cincinnati

Lead the continued development and implementation of enterprise fraud programs, overseeing fraud functions across assigned lines of business and operational areas. Serve as a fraud subject-matter expert, analyze emerging threat trends, and propose recommendations or systems solutions to mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with federal laws and industry standards. Partner with line-of-business leaders, interface with regulators, and develop team members through strategic direction, governance, and program oversight.
