Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire new merchant services relationships through prospecting and referrals within the assigned territory.
  • •Consult with prospective businesses to identify and recommend payment solutions that meet business needs.
  • •Present and sell merchant payment processing (credit card, check processing, gift cards, ACH) and related hardware/software for small and medium-sized businesses.
  • •Identify additional banking needs and coordinate with KeyBank resources to deliver solutions.
  • •Resolve client issues and take appropriate action to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
